STF Abisko Mountain Station

Located in the northern part of Abisko National Park the STF Abisko Mountain Station is situated on top of a hill and offers beautiful views over lake Torneträsk and Mt. Noulja.

Rooms

The hotel accommodates up to 300 people and has many common areas where you can relax or read a book in front of the fire. Rooms are available in single and double with seating area, private bathroom, comfortable beds and coffee/tea makers. Soap is provided, and shampoo and conditioner are available to buy. Hair dryers can be borrowed from the reception at any time. International guests are advised to bring a standard European plug adapter for their personal electronic devices. In addition to the hotel rooms the Mountain Station offers more moderately priced accommodation in its newly renovated self-catering facilities and also has tent sites on the premises.

The STF Abisko Mountain Station offers a wide range of other services including a restaurant, bar, a small library, souvenir shop and saunas. The shop stocks a wide range of items from small grocery products to walking kit and cold weather gear. There is also an option to hire a wide range of outdoor equipment during your stay. The restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner offering traditional Swedish food accompanied by a variety of international dishes to suit all tastes. Fika is also not to be missed!

The reception is open 24 hours a day and is there to help answer any questions you may have during your stay. Free Wi-Fi is available in all common areas allowing you to keep in contact with your friends and family.
